Gorson Bugyal (also spelled Gurson Bugyal) is a high-altitude alpine meadow near Auli in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. Situated at roughly 3,050 m (10,000 ft) in the Garhwal Himalayas, it is among the region’s most accessible and scenic “bugyals,” or Himalayan grasslands. The meadow is noted for panoramic views of Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Dronagiri, and for its seasonal transformation from snowfield to wildflower carpet.
